Bamboo Headbands

Lately I have been so busy that I've been unable to blog much! I've been in Canada this past week and I'm are going back tomorrow. Actually...I have some big news!

I'm moving to Canada!

I'm so excited. And stressed. And excited!

Anyways, I'll give you more details about this another time. Here are some headbands I knit the other day. I made them with the lovely bamboo yarn that is sooooo soft. I think it may be my favorite kind of yarn to knit with.

Fall Begins

Fall seems to have begun! All we'll be seeing on Pinterest for the next few months are pumpkin recipes. And...I'm totally ok with that. Last week I got in the fall mood by wearing a sweater and leggings all day long. I also got my first Pumpkin Spice Late from Starbucks!

So every year around this time I tend to stock up on yarn for fall and winter. This year I definitely picked out warm, fall colors. What yarn are you knitting with this fall?

Trip to the Chicago

Last week I went back to what's becoming my second home: Chicago! We went to the Art Institute to look at the Fashion Impressionism exhibit! I wish I could work there....or just live in there.

Knit Pumpkins

Last week I ordered a bunch of lovely new yarn to knit with. I received this yarn in the mail today and decided to knit something fall-ish. What's more fall-ish than a pumpkin? I wrote up a pattern and knit a few of these cute little pumpkins. I think I will sell the pattern on Etsy so if you're interesting, let me know. It will hopefully be up at the end of the month. 

Oxfords

I bought some new oxford heals (to add to my collection of oxfords) and I don't want to take them off. I have a super hard time finding shoes since my feet are freakishly wide. I also have an arch so high you can see under my foot (while I'm standing)! Oxfords, lucky for me, are some of the only shoes that fit my feet almost every time.

Fall Scarves

I just finished knitting these two beauties! I've been wanting to knit some scarves with tassels on the end for a while. These scarves will be added to my Etsy store in a month or so. :)
