The Robins
So I finally named the robins! Today 2 of them hatched. Merryweather has decided to stay in egg form for the moment. I want her to hatch so very badly so I can begin training them!

Turquoise Tips: How to
Today I dyed the tips of my hair! I keep looking down at it and squealing. I've wanted to do this for the longest time so I'm incredibly excited!
Here's how I did it.
You'll need these hair products:
3) After 30 minutes, remove the tinfoil and rinse hair until the water runs clear. Blow dry and then enjoy your awesome new hair.
Here's how I did it.
You'll need these hair products:
1) Take the bleach kit and follow the instructions. Once you're hair is bleached (like my hair below), blow dry your tips.
Once dry, your hair should look like this.
2) Apply the teal/turquoise dye with a brush and wrap in tinfoil. Leave the dye in your hair for 30 minutes.
3) After 30 minutes, remove the tinfoil and rinse hair until the water runs clear. Blow dry and then enjoy your awesome new hair.

Glass Vials
A few weeks ago I found some adorable little glass vials on Ebay. They were a great deal...so on a whim I ordered them as a gift for myself. They got here today and I'm pretty sure I love them. It's not exactly the vials that are so special, it's what you choose to put in them. I'm itching to find little things to put in these vials. You can get real creative and put flowers, charms, beads, or even dirt from your favorite place in them. I put some pretty glitter in one as an example.

Knitted Plant Cozy
I've always hated this sickly green pot that has sat in my room for ages, just waiting to be thrown away. Today I took one look at it and knew something must be done. I thought of painting it or decorating it. I contemplated just buying a new pot. I was close to chucking it in the nearest trashcan when I realized that I was being beaten by a measly little pot. I couldn't let this happen. So I instinctively grabbed my knitting needles and began knitting, hardly knowing what I was doing. The end result? A beautiful, colorful little cozy. I put it around the ugly pot and immediately it transformed into a lovely place for my plant to grow. I think too often we throw away decor in out houses before we give it a second chance. So today I challenge you to find that ugly thing in your house that has been haunting you. Redecorate it, revamp it, put it somewhere new, make it look like new! Don't be beaten by a measly little pot!

Robin Eggs
We found this darling little nest today. The three eggs in there look so perfect and staged! I can't wait for the eggs to hatch so I can fulfill my lifelong dream of raising a bird. I've always wanted to be like Aurora and get a bird to fly onto my finger while I sing. Ok, I'm pretty doubtful that I'll actually be able to train a baby bird...but if anything I'll be able to name them and take some nice pictures of adorable baby birds.
