Five Things.

This past weekend I have solely been focusing on creating this video. This video is about one thing that has changed my life. I made it for a video essay contest (in my attempt to win a scholarship). It ended up being such a creative process and I loved every step of making this video. I really hope you enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed making it.

Knit Journal Cover

I just finished this knit journal cover! I used a diamond pattern and I really love how it turned out. I would share the pattern with you but it all depends on the size of your journal really. What I can tell you, is that I simply measured my journal and estimated for everything. I sewed down the edges once I was finished knitting. You can find the stitch pattern I used here: http://www.knittingonthenet.com . This website has bunches of patterns.

Christmas

Here are a few pictures I took on Christmas. I got some great gifts this year. My Mom got me this new perfume called Burberry Brit. It's a wonderful British perfume and  I absolutely love it. I also got this adorable knitting journal.

Dream Journal

For about 9 months now I have kept a dream journal. I'm one of those people who remembers a lot of their dreams. I love being able to describe my dreams that I can vividly remember. Sometimes I sketch out what I see in my dreams as well. Having memories from a dream flood back into my mind as if I'm re-dreaming that dream is amazing. It's scary how much you dream about the people you think about and are with. I think that dreams can sometimes reveal what's in your heart; your fears, your interests, your hopes...

"I looked into my lap to discover the most darling little creature. He yawned and fell into a deep sleep all curled up. I wanted to keep him forever. Is it too absurd to own a baby tiger?"

"Diving into the crystal ocean, I said my goodbyes to the world above. I reached a city of a silver blue color surrounded by little red sea horses. Thoughts flew through my mind and suddenly a shadow approached..."
