The Liberator: Dark Chocolate Mocha Tea

Today, I made myself a cup of Dark Chocolate Mocha Tea. It was heavenly! If you are interesting in coffee tea, you neeeeed to check out this website: http://javateaco.com

Java Tea Co. has the coolest website ever and their unique coffee teas are amazing. I got to try The Liberator (what they call their mocha tea) for my tea reviewing job. I loved it. I made it how the Java Tea Co. suggests so I used frothed milk (more like whipped cream) and shaved dark chocolate on top. yum.

Peach Melba Tea

Ever since I received my first shipment of tea, I've been drinking 3 or 4 cups of tea a day. I'm also pretty sure this is the best job ever. I get paid in TEA! What could be better? (Other than getting paid in books!) Hopefully some of my reviews will be up at teaviews soon.

Today, I enjoyed a few cups of this Peach Melba Tea from www.traillodgetea.com. It was by far the best peach tea I've ever had and I can't wait to write my review on it.

Gingerbread Tea, Books, and Knitting

Today has been the dreariest day I've seen in quite a while. Practically all day I've been hiding away in my room drinking tea and studying. I've also been reading this lovely book called Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell by Susanna Clarke. I absolutely love this book so far! What do you like to do on rainy, dreary days?

Chocolate Chai Tea Recipe

While we were on our trip in Colorado, we met some friends at an adorable tea house. We ordered chocolate chai tea and it was delicious. Due to the cold and cloudy weather, I was craving this yummy drink all day. I decided to re-create this drink and share the recipe with you all. Plus I was dying to use my new tea cup I bought in Old Colorado City.

Chocolate Chai Tea (for 2)

3 cups of milk (I used almond milk)
1 1/2 Tablespoons of vanilla
2 Tablespoons of sugar
2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
2 chai tea bags

1) Mix all the ingredients (except tea bags) together in a pot on the stove (medium heat)
2) Once the mixture is hot, pour into a tea pot and add the chai tea bags
3) Let the tea bags seep for 5 minutes and then enjoy!
