Exploring

I have loved exploring my new home in Ottawa. Today we went to Quebec where we went hiking and found a wonderful tea shop. One beautiful thing about moving is that every outing is an adventure.

Early Morning Adventures

This morning, almost 4 hours before I'm normally awaking on Saturdays, I went on a lovely fishing trip with my brother. 

The beautiful, smoky mist hovering above the lake.

The sound of birds singing morning songs in the trees. 

The turtles splashing about. 

The lily pads floating on the still water. 

It was perfect.
