Iced Hot Chocolate

Iced Hot Chocolate

3 cups milk (I used coconut milk)
1 cup coffee (if you aren't a coffee fan, just add another cup of milk instead)
1 1/2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 Tablespoons sugar (more if you like it real sweet)
A few cups of ice

Just like you would make normal hot chocolate, heat the milk in a pan on the stove (medium heat). Add all the other ingredients (minus the ice). Stir until all the sugar and cocoa powder are dissolved and everything is mixed. Then pour the liquid into a pitcher and stick it in the fridge for a few hours or more. If you are in a hurry, you can stick the pitcher in the freezer for a little while. Once the mixture is nice and cold, pour into a few glasses and add some ice cubes to keep it chilly. If you want to kick it up a notch, make chocolate ice cubes by simply putting the liquid into an ice tray. You could also make simple coffee ice cubes. This recipe makes just enough for 2.
