Tomato Basil Omelet

Today I made an open-faced omelet with grilled chicken, goat cheese, basil, and tomato. It was delicious! Here's how I made it:

1) Prepare the chicken, basil, goat cheese, and tomatoes (like the picture below)
2) Mix 2 eggs and pour them into a pan as if to make a normal omelet
3) Let the eggs cook until it would be ready to flip
4) Put the toppings onto the eggs, turn the heat to low, and cover with a lid
5) Let cook until the eggs are fully cooked and the cheese is melted
6) Top with salt and enjoy!
