1. When you condition your hair, comb through it! I keep a comb in my shower and after I condition my hair I let it sit for a few minutes and then I comb through it before I rinse my hair. This help me avoid tangles and fight split ends.
2. Eat healthy. Eggs, vegetables, salmon, chicken, and nuts are just a few of the foods that are great for your hair. I eat eggs almost every day and I drink lots of juiced vegetables.
3. Avoid using your blow-dryer, straightener, and curling iron unless absolutely necessary. Heat can be very damaging to your hair. I haven't blow-dried my hair in over a year and I rarely use I curling iron. I stick to foam curlers and air drying my hair.
4. OATMEAL! I love oatmeal. It's delicious and it's good for your hair. Not only can you eat it, but you can also apply it to your hair. Oatmeal is actually in many shampoos.
